Email Status

Invalid The email address has been marked as invalid by the validation service.
Delivered The email has been delivered to the recipient's email server
Bounce

There are two types of Bounces

  • Hard Bounce - The recipient's email server rejected the email. You should remove this email address from your contacts.
  • Soft Bounce - Multiple attempts have been made to deliver the email but it has failed for one of the following reasons. The email may be deliverable after appropriate action is taken
    • Mailbox full - at time of sending the recipient's mailbox was full. It may be possible to send to this email address in the future.
    • Message too large - the recipient's email server marked the email as too large. If the message is reduced in size, it may work.
    • Content rejected - the recipient's email server rejected the email content.
Complaint The email was successfully delivered to the recipient's email server but the recipient marked it as spam.
