RunMy will validate all email addresses within the system to improve deliverability.
If any email address fails validation it will be identified as invalid and added to the suppression list. No communication will be sent to the email address.
Suppression List
RunMy maintains multiple suppression lists within the validation service. No email will be sent to an email address on a suppression list.

These email addresses have been identified as bad. Any email address which receives a hard bounce is added to this list. |
| Client suppression list | These are email addresses that have returned a spam complaint for a mailing sent by the client. |
Mistake
Sometimes a user marks a communication as spam by mistake. If this happens, the email address can be removed from the client suppression list by sending a request to customersupport@runmy.com with proof from the user that they are happy to receive further communications from you to their email address.
